Having entered the Czech and Slovak markets through the acquisition of A3 Sport, we merge tradition with the latest global trends. Now, we are building an entirely new marketing team to create innovative campaigns, push creative boundaries, and build a strong digital presence.
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist & Content Creator who can take an idea and transform it into viral content – from concept creation to filming, editing, and publishing. 🚀
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation from A to Z: Develop engaging and trend-driven content – plan, shoot, edit, and post videos and visuals that resonate with the audience.
- Social Media Management: Manage Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, ensuring community growth and engagement. 📱
- Creative Campaign Development: Collaborate with Brand Managers to create impactful social media campaigns tailored for our audience.
- Trendspotting: Track the latest digital trends, memes, and viral content and turn them into relevant brand materials.
- Analytics & Strategy: Define content strategy, track performance, and optimize based on data-driven insights. 📊
- Collaborations & Event Coverage: Partner with influencers and key industry players, and capture highlights from events, pop-ups, and sneaker drops. 🎬
Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong skills in video production (shooting, editing) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop).
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts and how to create content that drives engagement.
- A strong sense of storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Creative, independent, and proactive, with a passion for innovation.
- Fluent in English for communication and execution of global campaigns.
- Fluent in Czech
