Brand Manager – Build a Love Brand That Sets the Trends!

We are bringing top global brands and a premium shopping experience to the local market. We are building an entirely new marketing team to create innovative campaigns, set trends, and forge strong connections with customers. We are seeking an energetic Brand Manager to take our brand to the next level!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build the Love Brand: Develop and execute and adapt global brand strategies that establish a strong emotional connection with customers.
- 360° Creative Campaigns: Design and implement all-encompassing marketing campaigns—from viral social media content to visually engaging in-store experiences.
- CRM communication: Together with global and local team bring the most personalized experience to our loyal consumers through engaging and tailor made CRM content.
- Content Creation: Create engaging content that resonates on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and through newsletters, ensuring every post makes an impact.
- Event Management: Organize events and pop-up activations that drive excitement, create FOMO, and draw communities into our brand world.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Collaborate with top influencers, agencies, and global brands to deliver win-win partnerships.
- Trend Analysis & Implementation: Stay ahead of trends, identify innovative ideas, and implement strategies that differentiate us from competitors.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage the marketing budget, focusing on ROI while making strategic investments where needed.
- Impactful Branding: Promote sustainability, diversity, and community care values to create a meaningful brand with a lasting impact.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to build a Love Brand and connect with customers through creative campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of trends in sneakers, fashion, and streetwear, with the ability to integrate them into marketing strategies.
- Experience in designing and managing 360° campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Skilled in budget management with a focus on delivering results.
- Creative and proactive mindset, capable of generating impactful ideas.
- Resilient and adaptable, thriving on challenges and pushing boundaries.
- Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) for communication with global partners and content creation.
