What You’ll Be Working On
You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to both brand and performance marketing initiatives. The main goal will be to build and optimize campaigns that drive growth and strengthen brand awareness. While our main product is the Macromo mobile app, we also offer at-home tests as part of our portfolio.
- Brand Marketing. Assist in building and elevating the Macromo brand, ensuring our message resonates with users.
- Performance Marketing. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms to drive user acquisition.
- Creative Development. Collaborate with designers to produce compelling assets, from videos to static visuals.
- Content Creation. Develop engaging content for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and other platforms, as well as for our partners.
- Influencer Marketing. Identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers to amplify our message and expand our reach.
- Leading Product Expansion. Support business initiatives to grow our presence in Germany and Austria.
- Innovation. Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to help Macromo grow and reach a broader audience.
Who Are We Looking For
We’re looking for a team player who can support a wide range of marketing activities with a hands-on approach. As a fast-paced startup, quick decision-making and a focus on delivering results are essential. A genuine passion for health, longevity, and biohacking is crucial to understanding our product and effectively translating its message to our users.
Soft skills

Hard skills
- Previous Marketing Experience. Ideally with mobile apps or digital products, across both B2B and B2C segments. We’re looking for a fully independent individual eager to learn on the go.
- Performance Marketing Expertise. Proficiency with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Content Creation & Influencer Marketing. Experience in creating compelling content and collaborating with influencers to amplify brand reach.
- Knowledge of Creative Tools. Familiarity with tools like Figma and basic video editing software.
- Experience with Expansion. Knowledge of the DE and AT markets is a strong advantage.
- Language Skills. Fluency in Czech and English is required, with German being a plus.
